Developed by Jameson Homes, ‘The Chardstones’ is a select collection of delightful new homes in Chardstock, a rural retreat set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to the Devon and Somerset border.
Comprising a total of 10 homes in two separate fields in the village, Avery Carpentry Contractors Ltd. were engaged to complete the roofs, floors, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry to the majority of the properties, also including the replacement or remedying of work carried out by a previous contractor to achieve an acceptable standard.
As a select development, quality of finish was the Client’s priority and we are proud to have been able to complete this challenging project to the Client’s satisfaction.
